I get it. Emotions are hard. We didn’t learn how to deal with them in school or from our parents. We keep ourselves constantly distracted with work, family, binging on our electronics, food, sleep, and in countless other ways. But as soon as we slow down, the thoughts and feelings flood back in. This is true for our emotions. Through my own exploration to “fix myself,” I’ve found the tools that really work. This information is what I bring into sessions with all the wonderful people I work with. You do not need to continue living in this battle between your body, mind, and spirit. Many of us try to pretend like everything is okay, but we are drowning inside. It’s time for you to rest, learn, rebuild, and prosper. You’re ready for this!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDRIA approved EMDR Therapist, and Reiki practitioner. I am a holistic healer which means that I work with people on a mind, body, and energetic level. I provide individual, family, and group therapy for adults and children. I work with people who experience trauma, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, anger, and chronic health conditions. I am also specialized in Borderline Personality Disorder, Narcissistic Personality Disorder, and PTSD- Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy sessions are a typical starting place for most people when coming in for therapy. This is a great option for those who want an individualized approach and are dedicated to making the changes needed to have a truly fulfilling life. 

Group Sessions & Gatherings

Group sessions can be done in addition to individual therapy sessions, or they can be helpful for those looking to gain more insight into a certain topic. Some people enjoy working in a group environment where they can get feedback from others, listen, and connect. Groups typically run for 4-8 weeks, depending on the topic.

EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy, commonly referred to as EMDR, is an evidence based treatment for PTSD, trauma, and many other issues. Maybe you’ve done talk therapy in the past, but you find yourself thinking back to things that have happened in the past. EMDR is a great tool for helping your brain to make sense of difficult memories so that they do not continue to control you. 


A lot of people who reach out for help do not have a mental health diagnosis. Many of the individuals that I coach are wanting to improve themselves, their relationships, and their overall happiness and wellbeing. I specifically work with those who are wanting to gain a deeper understanding of themselves, heal core beliefs that are holding them back, and who are wanting to build their meditation practices. 


Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that brings into balance the chakra system within the body. Energy healing helps to balance the brain, body, and spirit. While there are a multitude of benefits, some of these include: pain relief, aids body in releasing tension and stress, removal of energy blocks, improved sleep, increased relaxation, stimulates immune system, balances the mind and emotions, and compliments medical treatments and other therapies.
